Delta Hospice is seeking a full time experienced Community Liaison for both offices in Chino and Temecula.

Applicants would be responsible for cultivating, maintaining and strengthening relationships with referral sources, including contacts at hospitals, nursing & assisted living facilities, home health companies, physician offices and related healthcare professionals. Previous experience in healthcare networking and census development preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in a medical or hospital environment, clinical experience preferable.
Graduate of an accredited College or university with a bachelor’s degree in either marketing, mass communications, business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Prior hospice experience is a plus!

As a patient, family member or caregiver your questions should never go unanswered. Never hesitate to let us know how we are doing. We will send out a Perception of Care Survey through the mail and periodically make phone calls to ensure that excellent care is being provided.
